Every person has a unique communication style, a way in which they interact and exchange information with others.
According to Alvernia University, there are four basic communication styles: passive, aggressive, passive-aggressive and assertive.

1. Quote Pride and Prejudice: “You must allow me to tell you how ardently I admire and love you."
2. Quote Hugh Grant: ""Well, this is a very stupid question but I just wondered, by any chance, erm, er, I mean, in the words of David Cassidy in fact, I think I love you, and, er, I just wondered if by any chance you wouldn't like to, er, er, no, no, no of course not..."
3. Just blurt out: "Marry me!"
You are teaching a class of kids. One plays on his phone the whole lesson and when you tell him to stop he answers you back. You say:
1. "Put that in your bag or I'll put you in a coffin!"
2. "Obviously this material is too easy for you. You can take the final test tomorrow."
3. "Okay fine whatever."
Your new boss always talks down to you. What do you do?
